Some have described me as “unwavering”
when it comes to principles. Others say that I exhibit the trait of
"loyalty to a fault" or that I am "utterly relentless” when pursuing an
objective. As your attorney, I promise to be a loyal advocate and to be
unwavering in the pursuit of your goals. I am a zealous advocate
that does not shy away from conflict and litigation. I believe that the
strongest weapon that an attorney can have is knowledge of his case. I
will aggressively prepare your case for litigation while attempting to
resolve the issues on favorable terms - a kind of "peace through
strength" approach to the practice of law.
My experience with the art
of persuasion and case preparation extends back to my high school career
as a debate student. I later coached a high school debate team while
attaining my degree in Chemical Engineering at Oklahoma State
University. During that time, I excelled at constructing persuasive
arguments that had both a strong foundation in logic and a solid
emotional appeal. Jury trials are decided by logic and emotion; a good
attorney must be comfortable with and communicate to both kinds of
decision makers. These skills in debate and persuasion have continued to
serve me well in the courtroom.
Following graduation from college I
started my own environmental and engineering consultation firm and
currently serve over 40 clients. I formed lasting relationships being an
advocate for my clients’ interests and providing defensive strategies
which have allowed my clients the greatest operating flexibility in the
face of increasingly more rigid environmental regulations. As a

I entered
law school in 2002 at the University of Tulsa, after acquiring a flavor
for the law during my law enforcement career. After graduating in
December of 2005, I was admitted to the practice of law in the State of
Oklahoma. I am also licensed to practice in the United States Federal
Court system.
